Terms of Service
Last updated: February 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of MCPWatch (mcpwatch.dev), a SaaS observability platform for MCP servers operated by Lucid Mobile LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
MCPWatch provides observability tooling for MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. You integrate our SDK into your MCP servers, which sends telemetry data — traces, logs, and metrics — to our cloud platform. We store and display that data back to you through your dashboard.
MCPWatch is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change as we develop the platform.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes your password and any API keys generated for your projects. Do not share your API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person or organization may not maintain multiple free-tier accounts.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MCPWatch in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following are prohibited:
- Abusing the ingestion API — including sending fabricated data, flooding the endpoint with excessive requests, or attempting to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
- Using the platform to store, transmit, or process illegal content
- Attempting to access other users' data or accounts
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or interfering with the platform's infrastructure
- Reselling access to the service without our written permission
4. Service Availability
We strive to keep MCPWatch available and reliable, but we do not offer any uptime guarantees or service level agreements (SLAs) during the beta period. The service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance, but we are not liable for any disruption, data loss, or impact to your systems caused by service unavailability.
5. Your Data
You own your data. All telemetry data you send to MCPWatch remains yours. We do not claim ownership over any data you transmit to or store on the platform.
We use your data solely to provide the service — storing it and displaying it back to you in your dashboard. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it for model training. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
Telemetry data is retained according to your plan tier (7–90 days). You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
MCPWatch — including its platform, dashboard, APIs, SDKs, documentation, and branding — is the intellectual property of Lucid Mobile LLC. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the service as intended.
The MCPWatch SDKs are provided for use with the MCPWatch platform.
7. Payment and Billing
Some features of MCPWatch require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Polar. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing cycle.
8. Termination
By you: You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all of your data — including account information, projects, and telemetry data — is permanently removed.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, including the acceptable use policy. Where possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before termination. However, we reserve the right to act immediately in cases of serious abuse.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
MCPWatch is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta period, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucid Mobile LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of business.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts located in Kansas.
